Chicken Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken - 1/2 Kg with Bone.
- Tomato - 2 Big size
- Onion - 2 Big Size
- Garlic- 10 cloves
- Turmeric - 1tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 2tbsp
- Cinnamon-1 inch stick
- Cardamom-1~2
- Cloves-3~4
- Fennel seeds -1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1tsp
- Coriander leave- handful
For Powder -Dry roast the cinnamon, cloved,cardamom,fennel seeds and make a powder
Method:
- Heat oil in the pan
- Add Garlic, onion and tomato and saute it.
- To this add chicken and mix it well.
- Now add Turmeric, Chilli and salt.Fry it for few minutes
- Add little water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the masala powder and mix it and cook it for 2 minutes
- Remove from the heat and garnish with coriander. Its ready to eat.
